1. What is ONE thing you’d like civilians to understand about being a military family?
Seeing as I'm still considered a civilian and not an Army wife there are still things I'm learning about. I'm not really sure what to say for this one.
2. What is your favorite mistake?
My favorite mistake might sound a bit odd to you guys. It would most definitely have to be thinking I was in love with my ex boyfriend. It took me disobeying my parents, moving in with him, paying for every.single.thing., him cheating on me not once but 3 times for me to realize that I was fool and I wasn't really in love. I liked the idea of settling down with someone. I liked the idea of getting married and starting a family. Him ruining 4 years of my life made my current relationship all the more better. I knew what mistakes I had made before and I wasn't going to do that again. The mistake of being with him made me know I am absolutely head over heels for Jon.

3. What indulgence could you give up for a year?
Coke (or pop for you yanks), tea, or any caffinated beverage. I haven't drank any kind coke for over a year. Actually I take that back. I have had a sip or three in a whole year but not a whole one. I have no desire for it. As for tea, that's my weakness. Sweet ice tea. Guess what? We haven't drank that in over a month. It's only water for me. Oh and milk too.
4. If you could be a winged animal, what would you be?
I would be a hummingbird. They are so gorgeous and graceful.
5. What is one question you’d like to see asked in a future MFF?
I have no idea. What kind of advice could you give a newbie like me?

I don't think your choice is odd! I thought it was great actually. And I wish I could give up Coke. I need that in the am because I don't drink coffee. lol
I love how you call any kind of soda a coke! How do you order? I am in MN where they call it pop, and I the oddball call it soda.
Down here when you order a coke they then ask you what kind of coke you want. I know, we're strange ;)
I think your mistake is a wonderful one and an example of how we should not regret them, but celebrate them!
And check out previous MFF for the answer to your question!
I can totally relate to your previous relationship :(
and I don't think I could give up coke for a year...I'm addicted to that yummy cola!
